We have utilized Interstate Collecions services for well over 10 years here at the Surgical Center. Their staff has always been very helpful with our collection needs. We have always found them to be honest and diligent in their efforts to collect funds due to us, and they have shown good success in the endeavor. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff have assisted us in answering collection questions and addressing problems sometimes unrelated to a client. Their long history in this community provides them with contacts and insights not found with other collection agencies. I would recommend their services to anyone seeking assistance with collection accounts.

Business Office Manager

Idaho Falls Family Emergency Center has done business with Interstate Collections for over fifteen years. Their employee's have been very helpful on our collections over the years.
They have always been honest in all of our dealings, and abided by all State and Federal laws.
Being in business in the Idaho Falls area for over twenty years gives them information most agencies don't have. Interstate has recovered between 63-65% on the accounts we have turned to them.
We have always been more than satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them to any business.

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center has been doing business with Interstate Collections since the hospital opened in 1986. At that time, we were placing all of our secondary accounts with them. Recoveries were always above projected goals and at times, higher than our primary agencies. At one time, they were responsible for over $4,000,000 of our receivables.
I have personally been doing business with Tom Merrel and his staff since 1990 and have found them to posess the highest integrity and ethics.
With changing times, we have been mandated to assign our accounts to corporate vendors but wouldn't hesitate to assign our receivables to them again.
