If payment is made to you on an account that has been referred, let us know immediately. This is very important and will help us to keep proper amounts due.

When the debtor calls you after an account has been referred for collections, please forward the debtor back to our agency for arrangements on the account.

We do our best to keep you updated on your accounts, as we are as anxious to collect the balance, as you are to have us collect it.
